Regional Formation Hub
A stable point for sustained disciple-making

When a community matures in formation, renewal can begin to take root in a particular place.

A Regional Formation Hub is not a new institution or independent center.
It is a local team that desires to continue the foundational path of disciple-making, working in collaboration with God Mediation Ministry and always in communion with the local Church.
How a Hub Emerges
A hub is discerned only when:
-
A group has completed Christ-Like Listening (Part 1 & Part 2)
-
Members have served as helpers in both the Made for More Retreat and Christ-Like Listening
-
Local leaders demonstrate spiritual maturity and ecclesial responsibility
-
Permission is granted in writing by God Mediation Ministry
-
The local parish priest or competent authority is informed
-
When required, the local Ordinary gives consent
Only after these steps may a team facilitate Christ-Like Listening – Part 1 locally.
Annual Regional formation
To preserve unity and depth of formation:
-
The Made for More Retreat is organized once each year in a central location by the local team and facilitated by Fr. Dominic and his team.
-
Christ-Like Listening – Part 2 is facilitated annually by Fr. Dominic and his team
-
Participants from various parishes gather together
This ensures continuity, doctrinal fidelity, and shared mission.
Ecclesial Communion
All formation remains within the life of the Church.

The diocesan Bishop is “the teacher of the faith and shepherd of the particular Church entrusted to him” (cf. can. 375 §1; can. 386 §1).
Lay initiatives and apostolic works operate in communion with ecclesiastical authority (cf. can. 216).

Therefore:
-
Parishioners act with the blessing of their parish priest
-
Ordained ministers act with the written consent of their Ordinary
-
Regional Formation Hubs exist only in ecclesial communion

God Mediation Ministry does not replace local authority.
It supports formation while remaining subject to the Church’s discipline.
